This is an individual-contributor role with end-to-end responsibility for planning and driving SAP projects and workstreams in a global environment. The role does not have direct people-management responsibility; instead, it leads delivery through coordination and collaboration with GC’s global SAP team, Digital Solutions colleagues, Business Process Experts (BPEs), end users, external contractors, SAP implementation partners and SAP.\nMain Responsibilities\nLead the planning, coordination and delivery of SAP projects, implementations, rollouts, upgrades and related initiatives across global teams. \nOwn project plans, scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues and status reporting; proactively escalate delivery risks and recommend mitigation plans. \nCoordinate SAP project activities across design, build, testing, data migration, deployment, go-live cutover and post-go-live support. \nWork with Business Process Experts and business stakeholders to understand business needs, map processes, assess requirements and translate them into SAP solutions and project deliverables. \nCoordinate internal SAP specialists, Digital Solutions colleagues, external contractors and implementation partners to keep project workstreams aligned and on schedule. \nAct as a key point of contact for business stakeholders on SAP project matters, including requirements, progress, decisions, issues and change requests. \nManage project-level communication, stakeholder alignment, decision tracking and governance throughout the project lifecycle. \nCoordinate the resolution of project-related incidents, defects and change requests, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization and follow-through. \nSupport SAP change and release management activities, including planning and coordination of releases, upgrades and deployments. \nOversee the preparation and review of Functional Requirements Specifications, business process documentation and flows, and functional and technical specifications. \nCoordinate test strategy and execution, test scripts, defect tracking, user training materials and end-user readiness activities. \nSupport data migration planning and execution for SAP S/4HANA, including cutover planning, go-live readiness and post-implementation stabilization. \nWork within the SAP Activate methodology and apply appropriate project management practices, such as PRINCE2 or PMI-based approaches. \nCollaborate with the Henka AMS team, SAP Basis team, MDM team and other project delivery challenges.\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nDegree in ICT, Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. \nAt least 7 years of professional SAP experience, including experience delivering SAP projects in a complex, global corporate environment. \nStrong understanding of business processes across Finance, Sales, Purchasing, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing and Quality Management. \nAt least 3 years of experience with SAP S/4HANA. \nBroad SAP module knowledge, ideally across FI/CO, SD, MM, WM or EWM, PP, PM, QM and HR; the original role profile indicates approximately 7 years of experience across these modules. \nAt least 3 years of SAP ABAP development experience, with the ability to engage effectively with technical teams and assess technical implications. \nExperience with SAP integrations, warehouse automation, SAP change management, SAP release management and SAP Solution Manager. \nDemonstrated project management experience, including project planning, requirements analysis, business process mapping, dependency management and stakeholder communication. \nExperience with project management methodologies such as SAP Activate, PRINCE2 or PMI-based approaches. \nExperience creating or coordinating Functional Requirements Specifications, business process documentation and flows, and functional and technical specifications \nExperience across SAP solution design, build and implementation, including testing, test-script preparation, training materials and end-user training or support. \nExperience with SAP S/4HANA data migration, go-live cutover activities and post-go-live support. \nExperience supporting international organizations and global SAP implementations. \nExcellent communication, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority. \nService-oriented, project-focused, results-driven and adaptable, with the ability to work independently in a changing environment. \nExperience working with multicultural, geographically distributed teams. \nComfortable working primarily remotely and willing to travel internationally when required. \nExcellent written and spoken English, including the ability to prepare clear project
