They must be able to analyze all available information including logs, network traffic, and all other data emanating from the security systems in place to determine the existence of actual anomalies, security breaches, and all other incidents from false positive ones.\nOn top of your salary, here are the exciting benefits you can look forward to:\nHealth Insurance/HMO\nEnjoy unlimited MadMax Coffee\nDiverse learning & growth opportunities\nAccessible Cloud HR platform (Sprout)\nAbove standard leaves\nThe main responsibilities of a SOC ANALYST include:\nContinuously monitors the alert queue, and analyzes available logs, and context necessary to initiate Incident Response work.\nCoordinate triage with local stakeholders on security alerts\nAnalyzes and determines actionable items based on all available logs, packet captures and all other data sitting through them and accurately distinguishing actionable from all other static and weeding out false positive and irrelevant information.\nHandle Security offense tickets and ensure compliance with SLA by communicating, escalating, and following up with the internal team, and stakeholders and ensuring timely updates until resolution.\nPerform vulnerability assessments and resolve security issues from assessments and other sources\nSupport numerous security project implementations from a technical perspective\nEvangelize security within the company and be an advocate for partner/customer trust\nStaying up to date with emerging security threats including applicable regulatory\nsecurity requirements.\nOther responsibilities and additional duties as assigned by the security management team\nTo apply, you must be an expert on the following requirements:\nCandidate must be a graduate of any related 4-year course.\nAt least 3 years of experience working within Information Security.\nDetail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills\nStrong written communication skills and presentation skills\nStrong understanding of security incident management, malware management, and Vulnerability management processes\nNetwork and Security Certification is a huge plus (CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA (Net+, Sec+,CySa+), etc.)\nWilling to work on a shifting schedule\nIt will also be favorable if you are knowledgeable in:\nAdditional relevant knowledge or experience related to the above requirements will be considered an advantage.\nIT -
