Specialists day to day by answering questions, unblocking\nwork, and making sure they have the information and access they need to complete their\ntasks.\n\nBe the team's go-to resource during the complex or out-of-policy issues to the appropriate U.S. stakeholders with full\ncontext and a recommended resolution.\n\nOwn the daily handoff between the Manila and U.S. billing teams so nothing is missed\nbetween shifts.\n\nWork unbillable exceptions (closed-won opportunities that cannot yet be invoiced)\nthrough to resolution, working with the stateside team and Sales, Deal Desk, and Order\nManagement to clear blockers.\n\nPerform quality assurance reviews on team output and address errors and rework at the\nsource.\n\nFollow and maintain SOPs and runbooks, ensuring the team works consistently to\ndocumented process.\n\nEnsure adherence to internal controls and billing policies in daily execution.\n\nProcess credits, rebills, and billing corrections in partnership with Collections and\nRevenue Accounting.\n\nTrack and report weekly team metrics, including invoice volume, accuracy, exception\naging, and turnaround time.\n\nTrain the team on new systems, billing models, and process changes as they roll out,\nand support testing as needed.\n\nProvide hands-on coverage and production support as needed across the team.\n\n5+ years of experience in Billing Operations or Order-to-Cash, with at least 2 years leading or supervising a team (SaaS experience preferred).\n\nHands-on experience with Salesforce, NetSuite SuiteBilling, Zone Billing, and Metronome (or other usage-based billing platforms).\n\nWorking knowledge of subscription and usage-based billing, including proration, co-terms, amendments, and credit memos.\n\nStrong execution skills with a track record of meeting deadlines in high-volume environments.\n\nSound judgment on when to resolve an issue directly and when to escalate.\n\nStrong interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills.\n\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer service mindset.\n\nHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
