We are expanding the use of AI tools such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, Github Copilot, Cursor and Claude. To support responsible adoption, we are looking for a student worker to help with recurring administration, onboarding, governance tracking, community support, and user-question triage.\n\nIn this role, you will support AI adoption in a real enterprise setting where structure, responsibility, documentation, and trust matter.\n\nYou will work closely with the AI Solution Architect and support the daily operational processes around AI tool access, license requests, user onboarding, Viva Engage communities, training follow-ups, and governance documentation.\n\nThis role is ideal for someone who is genuinely excited about AI, actively follows how AI tools are developing, and wants to learn how they can be introduced responsibly in a large organization. You do not need to be a developer. What matters most is curiosity, learning drive, and interest in practical AI adoption — supported by structure, reliability, attention to detail, and confidence with Microsoft 365 tools.\n\n Your tasks will include:\nMaintaining request and approval flow for Microsoft 365 Copilot and Anthropic Claude platform.\n\nSupporting license request processing and following up on missing information.\n\nPreparing onboarding communication for new users.\n\nHelping maintain internal FAQs, guidance pages, and governance documentation.\n\nSupporting Viva Engage communities for Copilot and Claude.\n\nCollecting and categorizing user questions from sessions and channels.\n\nPreparing follow-up posts after training or Ask the Admins sessions.\n\nTracking vendor/admin updates and summarizing required actions.\n\nSupporting reporting on usage, requests, approvals, and open issues.\n\nEscalating compliance, security, architecture, or unclear cases to the owner responsible.\n\nExample weekly work split: \nLicense and admin tracking - Managing Copilot and Claude request queues, following up on missing information, and tracking approval status.\n\nUser support triage - Categorizing questions, answering standard queries, and escalating more complex topics.\n\nOnboarding - Sending onboarding materials, updating lists, and collecting feedback.\n\nCommunity support - Supporting Viva Engage posts, session follow-ups, and Q&A collection.\n\nDocumentation - Updating FAQs, maintaining governance trackers, and keeping internal pages accurate and up to date.\n\nReporting support - Preparing short status summaries for governance meetings and internal stakeholders.\n\nWe expect that you:\nAbove all, are genuinely curious about AI and interested in following new AI tools, features, and use cases. You use AI regularly for your own learning, exploration, or work because you are genuinely interested in it.\n\n Are structured and reliable.\n\nHave excellent English communication skills, both spoken and written, at C1/C2 level.\n\n Are comfortable working in an international Danish-Polish environment, with English as the main working language.\n\nAre comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools.\n\nCan keep lists, trackers, and documentation accurate.\n\nWant to understand how AI can be adopted responsibly in a large enterprise — not just use the tools casually.\n\nCan distinguish between standard admin tasks and topics that require escalation.\n\nHandle information responsibly and with attention to confidentiality.\n\nNice-to-have skills:\nBasic understanding of Microsoft 365 Copilot.\n\nInterest in AI governance, compliance, or data protection.\n\nExperience with Excel lists, SharePoint lists, Forms, or Power Apps.\n\nExperience with user support or community management.\n\nBasic understanding of software development tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or Claude Code.\n\nAbility to create clean slides or short internal guides.\n\nYou will gain experience with:\nMicrosoft 365 Copilot & Claude governance and adoption.\n\n AI tool administration in an enterprise environment.\n\nLicense and access management processes.\n\nAI governance, compliance, and responsible adoption.\n\nHow AI tools are introduced in a company delivering IT products and services to the Danish public sector.\n\nInternal communication, community management, and user
