Good coding skills in Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or C#, using POM and other design patterns. Tests integrated into CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins).\nAI-augmented testing: Daily use of AI tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code) across testing work, with proven, concrete use cases such as:generating test cases and test data from requirements or API specs\ngenerating or refactoring automation scripts with AI\nanalyzing test failures and triaging flaky tests with LLMs\nbuilding agentic test workflows via MCP (e.g., Playwright MCP, or connecting Jira/TestRail/Git)\n\nMust be able to validate AI output and measure its impact on quality and speed.\nNice to have\nTesting AI/LLM-based features: prompt-response validation, hallucination and bias checks, using evaluation tools (Promptfoo, DeepEval, Ragas).\nUsing the LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) to build
