In this role, you will deliver features end to end, from responsive user interfaces in React or Angular to backend services built with Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Python, while contributing to architectural decisions that improve the reliability, performance, and scalability of the platform.\nYou will work closely with architects, product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn business requirements into well-designed technical solutions. You will also help shape the event-driven architecture, using Kafka or cloud messaging services to enable reliable communication between distributed services.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign and implement event-driven architectures using Kafka or cloud messaging services such as AWS SNS/SQS, EventBridge, or Azure Service Bus.\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain end-to-end features using React or Angular on the frontend and Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Python on the backend.\n\nBuild, maintain, and optimize microservices and serverless components, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nDevelop, integrate, and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs.\n\nDesign data models and optimize queries in PostgreSQL.\n\nWrite clean, efficient, and well-tested TypeScript and backend code following established engineering standards.\n\nParticipate in architectural decisions, technical design discussions, and code reviews.\n\nTroubleshoot, monitor, and resolve issues across frontend, backend, and distributed messaging components to ensure production reliability.\n\nUse AI-powered development tools to accelerate development, support testing and debugging, and improve code quality.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to estimate, plan, and deliver solutions in an Agile environment while providing technical guidance and mentorship to other engineers.\n\n 7+ years of professional experience in fullstack software development.\n\nStrong experience with React or Angular and TypeScript.\n\nHands-on backend development experience with at least one of the following: Node.js, Ruby on Rails, or Python.\n\nExperience designing, implementing, and consuming REST and GraphQL APIs.\n\nSolid experience with PostgreSQL, including data modeling and query optimization.\n\nHands-on experience building microservices, serverless applications, and event-driven architectures using Kafka or cloud messaging services such as AWS SNS/SQS, EventBridge, or Azure Service Bus.\n\nHands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar solutions to support software development, code generation, testing, debugging, and code optimization.\n\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently, collaborate with distributed teams, and contribute effectively in an Agile environment.\n\nNice to Have:\nExperience with more than one of the backend technologies listed (Node.js, Ruby on Rails, Python).\n\nExperience with both React and Angular.\n\nProduction experience with more than one messaging platform (e.g., Kafka and a cloud-native service).\n\nExperience with event-driven patterns such as event sourcing or CQRS.\n\nExperience with AI-native
