This position travels to our warehouses across the mid-west, south central, and New England states. The Installer Team lead will lead the team of installers and assist with setting up new warehouses, changing existing racking, moving product, racking installation and teardowns. \n\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nAssist with the assembly and installation of racking according to warehouse layout.\nDisassemble old racking; sort, bind and store by dimensions.\nMove and make changes to existing racking.\nMeasure, outline and paint truck and farm area according to layout.\nMove product to new racking, according to new layout charting. \nInstall signs and labels to bins, dock doors, etc.\nVisit and work with locations on special projects. \nResponsible for working safely at all times and following safety rules.\nWork with Facilities & Project department when not traveling. \nSupport company goals and uphold K&M Values.\nPerform other duties as appropriate and assigned.\nWork with and train team or other employees assisting. \nAssist Security by running cables, hanging cameras, door contacts, etc\nAssist in preparing and getting warehouses ready for implementation of new software.\nProvide leadership and direction to other members of your team.\n\nJob Requirements:\nMust possess a friendly and helpful attitude.\nAbility to express ideas clearly both in written and oral communications.\nMust have the ability to organize a team and motivate them to achieve a common strategy.\nAbility to work in a multi-tasking, professional environment.\nMust pay close attention to details.\nAbility to lift up to 75 lbs. continuously.\nMust have a valid driver’s license.\nMust be 21 or older.\nMust be able to stand for long periods of time.\nMust be willing to travel.
