SailPoint Identity Security Cloud Developer

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced SailPoint IIQ & SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Developer with 6+ years of hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting SailPoint IIQ and ISC solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, configure, and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) and SailPoint ISC solutions.

- Configure identity lifecycle management, joiner-mover-leaver processes, provisioning, de-provisioning, and access certification.

- Develop and customize SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, policies, roles, tasks, and identity cubes.

- Configure and troubleshoot SailPoint connectors for applications and authoritative sources.

- Work on SailPoint ISC source configuration, identity profiles, transforms, workflows, access profiles, roles, and lifecycle states.

- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and other enterprise applications.

- Implement role-based access control (RBAC), access requests, approvals, certifications, and segregation-of-duties controls.

- Perform migration and integration activities between SailPoint IIQ and SailPoint ISC.

- Troubleshoot provisioning, aggregation, workflow, connector, and integration issues.

- Develop scripts and customizations using Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and SailPoint APIs where applicable.

- Work closely with business analysts, application owners, security teams, and stakeholders to understand IAM requirements.

- Participate in production support, incident management, root-cause analysis, and performance optimization.

- Prepare technical documentation, configuration documents, and deployment procedures.

Required Skills :

- 6+ years of experience in IAM/IGA, with strong hands-on SailPoint development experience.

- Strong experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).

- Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

- Strong knowledge of Identity Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Access Certification, RBAC, and Access Governance.

- Experience with SailPoint connectors, including JDBC, AD, LDAP, Web Services/REST, and other application integrations.

- Strong understanding of SailPoint workflows, rules, forms, policies, roles, tasks, and lifecycle events.

- Experience with ISC Transforms, Workflows, Sources, Identity Profiles, Access Profiles, Roles, and Lifecycle States.

- Good knowledge of Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, REST APIs, JSON, XML, SQL.

- Experience integrating IAM platforms with Active Directory, LDAP, databases, HR systems, and enterprise applications.

- Understanding of SSO, authentication, authorization, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and SCIM is an advantage.

- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications :

- SailPoint IdentityIQ / Identity Security Cloud certification.

- Relevant IAM, Cybersecurity, or Cloud certifications are an added advantage.
