decisions around building scalable and modular architecture.\n\nInnovative solutions: \nStay on top of the software engineering ecosystem and propose and implement new technologies/methodologies as per the business needs.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience with front-end technologies.\nStrong experience with back-end frameworks.\nExtensive experience in programming languages in the Java stack and ability to help teams write maintainable, scalable, and unit-testable code.\nStrong Agile and processes.\nBachelor's or Master's degree in software / computer engineering.\nProven experience in a similar leadership role.\nStrong project management skills and a track record of delivering results on time and within budget.\nExperience with Agile methodology using frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.\nStrong understanding of software design principles and patterns with solid experience in the tech stack: Python, Django, React, CI/CD, MySQL, and AWS/GCP/Azure cloud.\nExperience in establishing and maintaining industry-leading engineering practices, processes, and standards.\nSolid analytical skills with the ability to analyze.\nSkills\nDjango, Python, React,
