certification readiness, and production stabilisation.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, configure, and support SailPoint ISC capabilities across identity lifecycle, authoritative source integration, access request, provisioning, de-provisioning, certification readiness, and entitlement governance.\nSupport Workday HRIS migration and authoritative source transition by validating identity schema, attribute mappings, identity correlation, lifecycle states, exception handling, and duplicate identity prevention.\nConfigure and troubleshoot ISC connectors and integrations for HR systems, SaaS applications,\nJDBC/database sources, REST/Web Services APIs, Snowflake, SAP Concur, and other enterprise applications.\nMaintain and optimise existing lifecycle scripts while progressively aligning identity lifecycle logic with native SailPoint ISC workflows, provisioning policies, transforms, and audit-ready controls.\nImplement and support SailPoint NERM / non-employee governance use cases, including contractor onboarding, renewals, terminations, sponsor accountability, machine identity/service account governance, and periodic attestation.\nPerform identity data cleanup, entitlement reconciliation, source-to-ISC validation, duplicate identity analysis, orphan account review, and initial RBAC/access profile rationalisation.\nExecute unit/configuration testing and support client-led QA/UAT through defect triage, technical clarification, log analysis, remediation, evidence capture, and production readiness support.\nPrepare technical documentation, configuration notes, deployment steps, test evidence, operational runbooks, and handover materials for managed services transition.\nCollaborate with business analysts, client SMEs, application owners, QA teams, and managed services teams to deliver production-ready IGA outcomes.\nUse AI-assisted engineering tools, where approved, to accelerate configuration analysis, log review, documentation, RCA creation, scripting support, entitlement analysis, and operational knowledge creation while following responsible AI and data protection guardrails.\n\nRequirements: \n5+ years of overall Identity Governance and Administration experience.\n3+ years of hands-on SailPoint ISC / IdentityNow implementation experience.\nStrong experience with SailPoint ISC source configuration, identity profiles, transforms, lifecycle states, provisioning policies, aggregation, and correlation.\nExperience with HR authoritative source integrations, preferably Workday, Paylocity, or similar HRIS platforms.\nGood understanding of identity correlation, authoritative source transition, duplicate identity prevention, and identity data reconciliation.\nHands-on experience with application onboarding using REST APIs, Web Services connectors, JDBC/database connectors, and SaaS connectors.\nStrong understanding of provisioning, de-provisioning, access requests, approvals, certification campaigns, and entitlement governance.\nExperience with SailPoint NERM, non-employee lifecycle governance, contractor onboarding, renewal, termination, and access reviews.\nAbility to analyse entitlement models and support RBAC / access profile design.\nStrong troubleshooting skills for aggregation failures, provisioning failures, schema mismatches, transform errors, and data quality issues.\nAbility to work independently as an L3 engineer with minimal supervision.\n\nTechnical Skills: \nSailPoint ISC / IdentityNow\nSailPoint NERM\nWorkday or HRIS authoritative source integration\nREST / SOAP APIs\nJDBC / SQL / database integrations\nJSON, XML, CSV, flat-file integrations\nIdentity profiles, transforms, lifecycle states, provisioning policies\nAccess profiles, roles, entitlements, certifications\nAggregation, correlation, reconciliation, and account linking\nBasic scripting knowledge: Python, PowerShell, JavaScript, or equivalent\nServiceNow or ITSM integration awareness\nSOX/audit / UAR governance understanding\n\nPreferred Skills: \nExperience with Workday-to-SailPoint authoritative source migration.\nExperience with Snowflake or cloud data platform integrations.\nExperience with SAP Concur onboarding into IGA platforms.\nExperience in healthcare, financial services, hospitality, or regulated environments.\nPrior experience supporting SOX access reviews, certification evidence, and audit reconciliation.\nExperience reducing custom scripts by using native SailPoint ISC capabilities.\nExperience with machine identity, service account
