The ideal candidate will be responsible for architecting scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow solutions while providing technical leadership across the complete implementation lifecycle.\n\nYou will work closely with business stakeholders, Solution Architects, product owners, and development teams to define technical strategies, establish platform governance, and deliver enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions aligned with business objectives.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign and architect scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade ServiceNow solutions across Customer Service Management (CSM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).\nLead technical architecture discussions, solution blueprint sessions, and technical design reviews.\nDefine platform governance, development standards, coding best practices, and reusable architecture patterns.\nDesign and develop enterprise applications using ServiceNow App Engine and low-code capabilities.\nArchitect and implement integrations with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and other integration technologies.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.\nProvide technical leadership throughout the implementation lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and production support.\nLead ServiceNow platform upgrades, performance optimization, instance health assessments, and modernization initiatives.\nMentor developers and technical leads by providing architectural guidance and code quality reviews.\nIdentify technical risks, dependencies, and optimization opportunities while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.\nEnsure solutions comply with ServiceNow best practices, security standards, governance policies, and scalability requirements.\nSupport enterprise digital transformation initiatives by driving innovation and platform adoption.\n\nRequirements: \n12+ years of overall IT experience with extensive expertise in the ServiceNow platform.\nProven experience architecting and delivering enterprise ServiceNow solutions.\nStrong hands-on implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), ServiceNow App Engine, and Enterprise Integrations.\nDeep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, data model, security, governance, and development best practices.\nExperience developing enterprise applications using App Engine, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Automation Engine.\nExpertise in designing integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, OAuth, and MID Servers.\nStrong JavaScript development knowledge, including business rules, script includes, client scripts, UI policies, and UI actions.\nExperience conducting architecture workshops, solution demonstrations, and technical governance reviews.\nAbility to define technical roadmaps, architecture standards, and reusable solution patterns.\nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, presentation, and leadership skills.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments.\n\nMandatory Certifications: \nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
