The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and enhancing ServiceNow SecOps and VR capabilities while ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient vulnerability management solutions.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nServiceNow Development: \nDevelop, configure, and customise ServiceNow Vulnerability Response solutions.\nBuild workflows, Flow Designer automations, business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, and integrations.\nDevelop custom applications and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.\nConfigure vulnerability groups, remediation workflows, assignment rules, and risk scoring models.\n\nVulnerability Response Implementation: \nImplement and support ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Security Operations modules.\nConfigure scanner integrations with Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7 Microsoft Defender, and other security tools.\nDevelop automated remediation and vulnerability tracking workflows.\nDesign and optimize vulnerability management lifecycle processes.\n\nIntegration and Automation: \nDevelop REST and SOAP integrations.\nIntegrate ServiceNow with CMDB, security tools, asset management systems, and ticketing platforms.\nBuild and maintain MID Server integrations.\nAutomate security operations processes using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.\n\nPlatform Engineering: \nPerform code reviews and platform optimisation.\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow development best practices.\nSupport upgrades, patches, and platform maintenance activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve production issues.\n\nReporting and Analytics: \nDevelop dashboards and executive reporting for vulnerability management programs.\nCreate metrics and KPIs to measure remediation effectiveness and SLA compliance.\n\nRequirements: \nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field.\n8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.\n4+ years of hands-on experience implementing ServiceNow Vulnerability Response.\nStrong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting expertise.\nExperience building complex ServiceNow integrations.\nKnowledge of cybersecurity and vulnerability management concepts.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist -
