The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and successfully delivering ServiceNow projects while ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The Project Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to drive successful delivery across multiple ServiceNow modules using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.\n\nThe candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions: \n\nProject Management: \nLead end-to-end ServiceNow implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets.\nManage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and milestones.\nTrack project health using KPIs, RAID logs, and status reporting.\nEnsure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nFacilitate project governance meetings and steering committee updates.\n\nStakeholder Management: \nServe as the primary point of contact for customers and executive stakeholders.\nConduct requirement gathering workshops and project kick-off sessions.\nBuild strong relationships with business sponsors and leadership teams.\nManage stakeholder expectations and communicate project progress effectively.\nPresent project status, risks, and recommendations to senior management.\n\nDelivery Management: \nCoordinate cross-functional teams including Solution Architects, Technical Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, QA, and Platform Administrators.\nEnsure adherence to ServiceNow implementation best practices and governance.\nOversee Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nMonitor resource allocation and capacity planning.\nDrive successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployments, and Hypercare activities.\n\nRisk and Issue Management: \nMaintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies).\nIdentify project risks early and implement mitigation plans.\nManage change requests and scope changes through governance processes.\nEscalate critical issues and provide timely resolution.\n\nFinancial Management: \nTrack project budgets and resource utilisation.\nMonitor project burn rate and forecast project costs.\nManage project invoicing and financial reporting where applicable.\nEnsure optimal utilisation of project resources.\n\nQuality and Compliance: \nEnsure compliance with ITIL, organisational governance, and ServiceNow best practices.\nDrive quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.\nEnsure all project documentation is complete and up to date.\nConduct lessons learned sessions and project closure activities.\n\nRequirements: \nStrong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and architecture.\nExperience managing implementations across one or more ServiceNow modules: IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Customer Service Management (CSM), HR Service Delivery (HRSD), Integrated Risk Management (IRM/GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), App Engine, CMDB, Discovery, Service Portal / Employee Centre.\nKnowledge of ServiceNow SDLC and deployment processes.\nFamiliarity with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow development lifecycle.\nUnderstanding of platform upgrades, releases, and instance management.\n\nProject Management Skills: \nAgile (Scrum, Kanban)\nWaterfall\nHybrid Delivery Models\nSprint overall IT experience.\n5+ years of ServiceNow project management experience.\nExperience managing global implementation projects.\nProven experience delivering multiple ServiceNow implementations.\nExperience working with offshore and distributed delivery teams.\n\nCertifications: \nPMP (Project Management Professional) (Mandatory)\nPRINCE2 Practitioner\nCertified Scrum Master (CSM)\nPMI-ACP\nSAFe Agilist (preferred)\nITIL 4 Foundation\n\nSoft Skills: \nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\nStrong stakeholder and executive management capabilities.\nLeadership
