Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for thermal analysis and design optimization of EVSE and power electronics products.
  • Conduct thermal modeling and simulations.
  • Design heatsinks, airflow paths, and cooling strategies.
  • Support hardware and mechanical teams in component placement for thermal optimization.
  • Validate thermal performance under real conditions.
  • Ensure compliance with reliability and safety standards.


Requirements:

  • Proficiency in thermal simulation tools such as ANSYS Icepak and FloEFD.
  • Strong knowledge of conduction, convection, and radiation heat transfer.
  • Familiarity with fan and airflow design; liquid cooling is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with thermal measurement tools such as IR cameras and sensors.
  • B. E. / B. Tech in Mechanical, Thermal, or Heat Transfer.
  • Good To Have: Experience with automotive or industrial power systems.
