Now we're bringing that same production discipline to every channel our customers use.\nThe Opportunity\nKnak has ambitious growth plans, and building exceptional teams is central to achieving them.\nWe're looking for an experienced Manager, Talent Acquisition to lead our recruiting function and build a scalable, high-performing talent acquisition practice.\nThis is a hands-on leadership role for someone who combines strong recruiting expertise, business judgement and a passion for improving how things work. You'll work closely with senior leadership, lead complex and executive-level searches, develop our recruiting team, and introduce smarter processes and AI-powered workflows that make hiring more effective.\nYou'll have the autonomy to shape our recruiting strategy, influence important business decisions and make a meaningful impact on Knak's next stage of growth.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead Talent Acquisition: Own the recruiting function, translating business priorities and workforce plans into an effective hiring strategy while coaching and developing our recruiting team.\nDrive Executive Hiring: Lead complex Director, VP and executive-level searches, building strong talent pipelines and advising senior leaders on hiring strategy and talent decisions.\nBuild Scalable Operations: Design and optimize recruiting processes, systems and reporting to improve hiring quality, efficiency and predictability.\nChampion AI & Innovation: Identify and implement AI-powered tools, automation and workflows that improve recruiting productivity and create a competitive advantage.\nElevate Hiring Managers: Partner with and coach leaders to strengthen candidate assessment, interviewing practices and hiring accountability.\nDrive Business Results: Use recruiting data and business insights to anticipate hiring needs, identify opportunities and deliver practical solutions that support Knak's growth.\nWhat You'll Bring\n10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including senior leadership and executive recruiting.\nExperience leading recruiting teams or functions within a scaling technology or B2B SaaS business.\nA proven ability to balance hands-on recruiting with strategic planning, operational leadership and team development.\nStrong executive presence and the confidence to advise, influence and challenge senior business leaders.\nDemonstrated success improving and scaling recruiting processes, systems and hiring outcomes.\nExpertise in structured interviewing, talent assessment, recruiting analytics and hiring manager partnerships.\nExperience leveraging AI, automation and recruiting technology to improve efficiency and productivity.\nStrong business acumen, independent judgement and a proactive approach to problem-solving.\nExcellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.\nWhy Knak?\nThis is an opportunity to shape a critical business function, work directly with senior leadership and influence the people and capabilities that will drive our next stage of growth.\nWe're looking for someone who loves building exceptional teams, improving how things work and turning great ideas into meaningful results.\nBase Salary: The anticipated base salary range for this position is ~$150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity.
