That’s what makes Knight Frank different - the difference is our people.\nScope\nWe are looking for suitably qualified and experienced individuals to deliver compliance audits for one of the following service lines: Building Consultancy, Business Rates, Project Management, Property Asset Management, Restructuring & Recovery (Insolvency), Rural (Lettings / Asset Management / Consultancy) and Strategic Consultancy.\nThe responsibilities of the Auditor will include reviewing documents and files which cover the end-to-end of an instruction, making an informed assessment of compliance against defined audit criteria, drafting audit reports which clearly articulate issues and risks to the business and recommendations for improvement, and communicating audit results to individual auditees. You may also be asked to contribute to the development of audit assessment criteria for the relevant service line.\nYou will deliver against an audit plan which will feed into the reporting to various governing bodies across the Firm.
