This employer uses E-Verify.\nRequirements\nRequirements:\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\n5+ years of industrial maintenance experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role\nExperience supervising multi-craft maintenance in a manufacturing environment.\nWorking knowledge of mechanical, electrical, controls, HVAC, boiler, combustion, hydraulic, pneumatic, and compressed-air systems.\nExperience planning preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance.\nProficiency with CMMS and maintenance management software.\nKnowledge of OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout, and safe maintenance practices.\nStrong leadership, communication, troubleshooting, and decision-making skills.\nAbility to support urgent maintenance needs across multiple shifts.\nPreferred Skills & Experience:\nExperience in ceramics, continuous-process, high-temperature, or similar industrial manufacturing.\nExperience developing predictive maintenance and equipment reliability programs.\nExperience managing maintenance budgets, spare-parts inventory, contractors, and facility or capital projects.\nAcknowledge of industrial controls, combustion systems, utilities, or high-temperature equipment.\nExperience using maintenance data and KPIs to reduce downtime and improve performance.\nTechnical degree or relevant skilled-trade certification.\nOSHA 30, CMRP, or Lean/Six Sigma training\nPhysical Requirements: (With reasonable accommodation)\nExtensive walking and standing\nProlonged periods of sitting at a computer working\nMust be able to lift 50 pounds
