About the role As a Facilities Manager in QLD, you’ll independently manage the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial, healthcare and retail asset on the fringe of Brisbane CBD, ensuring it remains safe, compliant, functional and well-presented.Key\nResponsibilities Coordinate maintenance programs across hard services, building systems and all contractor activity. Monitor the building’s condition, identify issues early and drive timely follow-up while acting as the main on-site contact for clients and occupiers. Work closely with the owner’s on-site representative to manage building priorities, expectations and operational needs. Oversee contractor access and service delivery to ensure safe, compliant and low-disruption operations across the site. Maintain accurate records and respond to daily operational issues, including work orders, compliance documentation and incident follow-up.
