This role involves ensuring the safety and security of the premises, providing expert advice to client management on physical security practices, and managing access control systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security operations, with proven experience in supervising security personnel and implementing effective security protocols.\nEssential Duties:\n\nManage Security Guard Force:\nSupervise, train, and mentor a team of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties effectively and in compliance with company policies and client requirements.\n\nDevelop and implement work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.\n\nConduct regular briefings and debriefings with security personnel to maintain high standards of performance and address any issues or concerns.\n\nMonitor and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews.\n\nPhysical Security Practices:\nProvide expert advice and recommendations to client management on best practices in physical security.\n\nConduct regular assessments of the site’s security measures, identify potential vulnerabilities, and suggesting improvements.\n\nCollaborate with the client and internal teams to develop and implement site-specific security protocols and emergency response plans.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest security trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the site’s security measures are current and effective.\n\nAccess Control Systems Management:\nOversee the operation and maintenance of access control systems, ensuring they are functioning correctly and securely.\n\nManage access permissions, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to restricted areas.\n\nConduct regular audits of access control logs and systems to detect and address any unauthorized access or security breaches.\n\nTrain security personnel and client staff on the proper use of access control systems.\n\nIncident Response and Reporting:\nLead the response to security incidents, ensuring that appropriate actions are taken to mitigate risks and resolve the situation.\n\nPrepare detailed reports on incidents, security breaches, and daily operations for client management and company leadership.\n\nMaintain accurate records of all security activities, incidents, and personnel actions.\n\nClient and Stakeholder Engagement:\nServe as the primary point of contact for client management regarding security-related matters.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with the client, understanding their security needs and expectations.\n\nProvide regular updates to the client on the status of security operations and any relevant developments.\n\nQualifications\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in security management, with a focus on physical security and access control systems.\n\nProven experience in supervising and managing a security guard force.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of physical security practices, risk assessment, and emergency response planning.\n\nStrong understanding of access control systems, including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting.\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear guidance and build relationships with clients and staff\n\nAbility
