POSITION OBJECTIVE: This position is responsible for providing Human Resources leadership, guidance, and counsel to various levels of associates throughout the organization. This includes direction in the handling of associate issues, employment actions, performance management and state and federal statutes. Responsible for investigating reasons for issues/concerns and partnering with leaders to resolve them. FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Enables the successful implementation of HR strategy, products and services to business unit clients. Provides communication to client group regarding HR initiatives as applicable. Provides guidance to management in the handling
