Build your career with a team that empowers you.\nPOSITION OBJECTIVE:\nThis position will be responsible for supporting conversion and sales through the online merchandising strategy. Partnering with internal teams to successfully translate the business strategy to the digital channel, satisfying the financial, technological, and operational demands of the business.\nFUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:\nProvides actionable recommendations to improve business. \nEvaluates Site Assets and provides inventory updates based on in stock rates.\nAnalyzes online competitor site merchandising, promotional execution and tactics, user experience, product representation and taxonomy.\nAnalyzes, executes, and provides improvements to the customer experience.\nReviews feedback from all available resources: customer service, customer feedback reporting, product ratings and reviews, social media, and utilizes the information to optimize the site and improve site metrics.\nCreates strong partnerships among cross functional areas including Omni Merchants, Planning, Marketing, and Technology.\nPartners with digital team on Force ranking based on Google Analytics insight and Selling.\nPartners with Site Marketing team to build compelling Product Collections to support Digital Marketing Efforts.\nWorks with the Site Experience team to strategize navigation, category structure, custom pages, and overall merchandising of the site prior to collection launches.\nPartners with Marketing Coordination team to plan into and select detail/editorial shots for lead thumbnails.\nOther duties as assigned.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor's degree required \n3+ years’ experience required\nStrong analytical skills\nExcellent computer skills\nMicrosoft- Excel proficient\nProficient knowledge of retail math\nStrong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication\nAn ability to prioritize tasks to balance the immediate and long-term needs of the business.\nAbility to demonstrate an understanding of analytics and ability to analyze data \nAbility to multi-task and complete projects on time\nLocation:\nCorporate FAS Distribution Services - Fort Myers, FL 33928Position Type:\nRegular/Full timeEqual Employment Opportunity\nThe Company is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from diverse candidates.
