You anticipate what needs to happen next rather than waiting for instructions.\n\nPersistent and comfortable following up with people at all levels of an organization to keep work moving.\n\nComfortable operating in ambiguity and able to create structure when the answer or process is not immediately clear.\n\nDetail-oriented without losing sight of the bigger picture or business priority.\n\nComfortable working across multiple teams, personalities, and seniority levels.\n\nCalm and resourceful when priorities change quickly.\n\nInterested in marketing and eager to learn how Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Growth, Retention, Retail, and other functions work together.\n\nThe Opportunity\nExecutive Coordination\nOwn and manage a complex, frequently changing executive calendar, including scheduling, prioritization, meeting preparation, and conflict resolution.\n\nCoordinate domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, transportation, itineraries, and changes as they arise.\n\nAnticipate scheduling needs and proactively protect time for the highest-priority work.\n\nCoordinate meetings across senior leaders, internal teams, agencies, and external partners.\n\nPrepare agendas, gather materials, and make sure the CMO has the information needed for key meetings.\n\nHandle confidential and commercially sensitive information with maturity, sound judgment, and discretion.\n\nPlan and facilitate recurring team cadence including meetings, planning sessions, and business reviews to maintain full visibility into open actions.\n\nProactively manage multi-team commitments, follow up with task owners, and maintain alignment and momentum when priorities or timelines shift.\n\nMarketing Operations\nOwn and maintain the master go-to-market calendar across campaigns, launches, promotions, partnerships, retail moments, and key business milestones.\n\nCoordinate timelines and dependencies across Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Growth, Retention, KT by Knix, MNTD, Retail, and cross-functional partners.\n\nAttend key Marketing and leadership meetings and capture concise notes, decisions, owners, and next steps.\n\nWork with teams to establish and confirm key dates, ensuring changes are communicated and reflected across the organization.\n\nIdentify conflicts, missed dependencies, or unclear ownership and help drive resolution.\n\nMaintain key marketing trackers, calendars, planning documents, and operating tools.\n\nHelp establish clear operating rhythms across the Marketing organization.\n\nSupport with additional marketing activities and projects as needed\n\nQualifications\n2-3+ years of professional experience in executive coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, business operations, or a similarly fast-paced environment.\n\nExceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage a large number of moving pieces simultaneously.\n\nExperienced managing complex calendars, meetings, travel, and changing schedules.\n\nStrong judgment and discretion, particularly when working with leadership conversations, business performance, and confidential information.\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly when capturing decisions and translating conversations into clear actions.\n\nComfortable with occasional schedule flexibility based on executive travel, business needs, launches, or events.\n\nHighly proficient in Google Workspace or similar tools;
