You will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients and industry standards. This position will require onsite visits to collect and review customer’s sites details in order to assist with estimation and design of site plans once off site.\nResponsibilities:\nExperience working collaboratively on projects while managing project timelines, ensuring completion of projects on time.\nKnowledge of the design and constructability of the following:Site development\nRoad design\nGrading plans\nStormwater plans (SWPPP certification or ability/willingness to obtain)\nErosion control plans\nConcrete\nGeotechnical studies\n\nSupport in the work of analyzing, designing, implementing, or improving civil plans for ground mount solar development and execution.\nPerforming a wide range of engineering tasks by operating computer-assisted design or engineering software and equipment such as site layouts, cut/fill analysis, road design, and more.\nConferring with customers, engineers, and others to discuss existing or potential engineering products or projects.\nEnsuring that installation and operations conform to standards (internal and external) and customer requirements by preparing site specifications, technical drawings, or topographical maps.\nEstablishing construction standards or specifications by performing a wide range of detailed calculations.\nEnsuring compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements by directing or coordinating installation, manufacturing, construction, maintenance, documentation, support, or testing activities.\nWriting reports and compiling data regarding existing and potential civil engineering projects and studies.\nEngage with the project team and participate in projects from design to construction.\nExperience with project management and customer relations.\nWork collaboratively in a team to design and execute complex projects under the direction of the team lead.\nFoster key strategic relationships with various partners.\nAbility to integrate and gain technical knowledge to become a reliable source of information to the engineering team.\nAbility to interface with regulatory agencies and manufacturers/distributors.\nManage project files, drawings, documents & records in our database, maintaining confidentiality.\nAbility to manage multiple complicated tasks and achieve a high level of execution.\nAbility to thick quickly and assist in creating solutions to problems that arise from the field.\nWilling to travel as job requirement necessitates.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite\n The requirements listed in job descriptions are guidelines, not fixed rules.
