Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:\nAssist with the administration and support of enterprise technology systems, including Microsoft 365, Azure, servers, networking equipment, and business applications.\nProvide technical support to employees by troubleshooting hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues through the IT help desk.\nSupport user onboarding and offboarding activities, including account provisioning, device setup, software installation, and access management.\nContribute to technology projects such as system upgrades, software deployments, process improvements, and implementation of new IT solutions.\nMonitor, maintain, and document IT systems, processes, and standard operating procedures to support operational efficiency and business continuity.\nAnalyze help desk trends and system performance data to identify opportunities for automation, improved user experience, and enhanced IT services.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right.
