This position will start May 2027.\n You’ll be part of a team that gets things done, works with purpose, and takes pride in the results. Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:\nAssist in planning and overseeing multiple electrical projects simultaneously.\nEnsure that the site team has the safety materials needed and that they are following KE safety procedures along with the Construction Manager.\nEnsure that materials and equipment have been ordered, and track them to ensure they arrive when scheduled.\nCommunication with Construction Managers to coordinate equipment and personnel needs, updating the Division General Superintendent with requests for support.\nCreate, submit, and track change orders as required. Ensure change order documentation is updated in KE Procore and dollar values are appropriately updated in Viewpoint.\nAssist with project closeout requirements, ensuring customers’ expectations are met and invoicing is completed according to schedule.\nEnsure customer punch list items are addressed and closed as required.\nObserve “kickoff meetings” with the Construction Manager, Foreman, Site Coordinators, and General Superintendent to cover project scope, schedule, benchmarks, and performance goals.\nAttend regular site visits to engage with field personnel, track site progress, and monitor performance goals.\nAdditional duties as assigned.\n You’re someone who shows up ready to work hard, learn fast, and contribute to a team that takes pride in doing things right. Successful candidates typically bring:\nAbility to work in our Goodhue, MN location 5 days/week.\nCurrently pursuing an education in Project Management or related field.\nExcellent organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.\nCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.\nExceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.\nWilling to work on out-of-town projects.\n Pay Range\nWe believe in paying for the value you bring to the team, and we aim to be competitive in every market we hire in.\nPay Range: $20 - $25/hour\nPhysical Requirements\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
