In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients, monitor business and operational performance, and help turn client needs and opportunities into concrete actions and solutions.\nThe ideal candidate will combine strong business acumen and analytical thinking with a hands-on approach, being comfortable managing client relationships, working with financial and operational indicators, and supporting the implementation and improvement of projects when needed.\nYour role:\nOwn and develop relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted partner and main point of contact.\nMonitor client performance, usage and key business indicators, turning data into actionable insights and recommendations.\nUnderstand clients’ business needs and challenges, identifying opportunities to create value, improve performance and strengthen long-term relationships.\nTrack relevant financial and operational indicators, including volumes, costs and margins, and understand their impact on the business.\nLead regular client follow-ups and business reviews, ensuring clear communication on performance, priorities, challenges and next steps.\nWork closely with internal teams to translate client needs and business opportunities into concrete actions and solutions.\nIdentify operational inefficiencies and improvement opportunities, driving initiatives that improve both client experience and business performance.\nContribute to business planning, reporting and decision-making by bringing together customer, operational and financial perspectives.\nSupport the implementation and evolution of projects when required, ensuring alignment between client expectations, operational delivery and business objectives.\nAbout you\nFluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.\n3-5 years of professional experience in Business, Business Operations, Consulting, or a related field.\nStrong business acumen, with the ability to understand business models, value drivers and how operational decisions impact business performance.\nExperience working directly with clients or external stakeholders, with the ability to build trusted relationships and communicate confidently with different audiences.\nStrong analytical skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret data, identify trends and translate insights into clear recommendations and actions.\nComfortable working with business and financial metrics, including revenues, costs, margins, volumes and performance indicators.\nStrong organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients, projects and priorities independently.\nProactive and solution-oriented approach, with the ability to identify issues and opportunities, take ownership and drive actions through to completion.\nStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly and adapt communication to different stakeholders.\nAbility to work effectively across different teams and coordinate stakeholders towards a common objective.\nIt will be a plus if you\nHave previous experience in healthcare, health technology, SaaS or another service-based environment.\nHave experience managing a portfolio of clients or accounts.\nHave experience preparing business reviews, performance reports or client-facing presentations.\nHave experience working with financial or commercial indicators such as revenue, costs, margins or profitability.\nHave strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with data, dashboards and reporting tools.\nHave experience working in a fast-paced or scale-up environment.\nRecruitment stages\n1.
