This is not a deep-specialist role. We need someone who understands enough of each domain to ask the right questions, spot risk early, make sound trade-offs, and connect the work of specialists into one reliable, secure and cost-efficient operation.\nWhat you will do\nLead people across multiple disciplines\nManage a cross-functional team of specialists, and understand what motivates each discipline and how to get them working as one team, not in silos.\nHire, coach, and retain talent, and build clear ownership so each domain has a strong lead.\nBuild a culture of accountability, blameless learning, and calm execution under pressure.\nCloud operations and infrastructure\nOwn the availability, performance, and scalability of cloud and on-prem/hybrid infrastructure.\nDefine and track SLAs/SLOs, uptime, incident response, and change management.\nLead major incident management, including communication with stakeholders during and after outages.\nOversee backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning, and make sure they're actually tested.\nGuide automation and DevOps practices (IaC, CI/CD) at a direction level, working through the team.\nSecurity and compliance\nPartner with or lead security functions on cloud security posture, identity and access management, vulnerability management, and patching.\nMake sure security is built into operations from the start, not added after.\nDrive audit readiness and compliance (ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOX-ITGC)\nOwn risk registers and translate technical risk into business language for leadership.\nStakeholders, vendors, and governance\nAct as the single point of accountability for cloud and infrastructure operations with leadership.\nManage vendors, managed service providers, licenses, and contracts.\nSet and maintain operational processes, policies, and documentation that scale.\nBalance competing priorities across security, cost, speed, and reliability, and make those trade-offs transparent.\nRequirements\n5-10 years of experience, including 3+ years managing technical teams\nA generalist who connects the dots between security, infra, operations, and cost, and sees how one decision affects the others.\nStrong ownership, excellent communication\nGood understanding of AWS / Azure / GCP services, architecture, and operating models\nDevOps knowledge: understands CI/CD, IaC, and containers well enough to guide and evaluate the team's work\nPractical understanding of security (IAM, cloud security posture, vulnerability management, audit frameworks), operations (ITIL/ITSM, incident/change management, monitoring and observability)\nNice to have\nCertifications like AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, FinOps Certified Practitioner, CISSP/CISM/CCSP, or ITIL.\nExperience consolidating siloed teams or setting up a cloud operations or FinOps function from scratch.\nBenefits\nAttractive salary and performance bonus scheme\n13th month salary\nW3F fund for learning and personal development\nComprehensive Health Insurance Coverage.\nHybrid working mode\nAmple opportunities to grow.
