This position provides an opportunity to learn the business of a premier commercial vehicle supplier from various perspectives within the company. A co-op in this role works within the Project Management Office in a variety of roles for a comprehensive understanding of project, portfolio, and product change management.\nJob Responsibilities\nWork cross-functionally within the business to improve project and product change delivery performance\nAssist with planning and reporting activities for projects and\nproduct changes\nWork with project and change management systems to handle the increasing complexity of projects\nLearn a wide variety of business functions to gain direct knowledge of operational activities\nGain understanding of project business case elements and support the creation and updates of business cases\nLearn agile project management techniques and use withi the business framework\nHelp develop content used to implement and conduct training for systems and processes\nSupport creation and implementation of audit procedures for project and change management activities\nConduct other special projects as assigned\nELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS\nCurrently attending an accredited colleg or university\n3.0 cumulative GPA or higher\nDetail- and task-oriented\nAbility to analyze data and provide recommendations\nDemonstrated leadership and collaboration skills\nAbility to work cross-functionally in teams\nStrong analytical, planning, and
