As an innovator in our fields, we advance developments in mobility and transport technologies.\nThis is a central controlling role, responsible for the globally consistent management and transparent reporting of Working Capital and CAPEX performance based on standardized KPIs, accounting principles, reporting, and target-setting processes.\nYOUR TASKS\nDefine, maintain, and further develop global KPI, accounting, and controlling standards for Working Capital and CAPEX, including the preparation of related guidelines and ensuring their consistent application across all regions and locations.\nManage global reporting and performance measurements for Working Capital and CAPEX, including the analysis and evaluation of target achievement, deviations, and key performance drivers, as well as management-oriented preparation of results.\nDevelop and manage a globally standardized target-setting process for Working Capital and CAPEX, including methodological requirements, coordination, validation, and consolidation of targets.\nDevelop a standardized CAPEX Business Case Template for CVS based on the existing AG template and prepare the related guidance in coordination with Operations Controlling.
