The intern will rotate across the four Commercial Intelligence functions, work closely with the Commercial team day to day, and take on one or two dedicated projects - scope to be defined closer to the internship start based on business priorities at the time. Expect visibility with people at every level of the organization, not just the immediate team.\nWhat You'll Work On\nBusiness Intelligence\nSupport the build-out and upkeep of dashboards and reporting (Power BI), turning raw data into something commercial leaders can act on.\nData Management\nHelp collect, clean, and organize data across commercial systems so it's reliable for reporting and decisions downstream.\nBid Costing\nGet exposure to how customer bids and proposals get costed and priced; support analysis on active bids.\nCustomer Service Operations\nLearn how order management and customer service operations work, and how those metrics connect back to the commercial team.\nDedicated Project(s)\nOwn one or two specific Commercial Intelligence projects, assigned at the start of the internship.\nWhat We're Looking For\nCurrently pursuing a bachelor's degree - rising junior or senior preferred - in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field.\nStrong Excel skills; exposure to Power BI or another BI tool is a plus, not required.\nCurious and detail-oriented, comfortable working through ambiguity - not everything will have a defined playbook.\nComfortable communicating with people across levels, from peers to senior leaders.\nSelf-starter who can work independently on a remote/distributed team.\nWhat You'll Gain\nA broad view of how a commercial organization operates end to end.\nDirect exposure to commercial leadership and cross-functional teams - not siloed to one desk.\nReal project ownership, not just observation.\nMentorship from experienced BI, commercial, finance, and analytics professionals.\nLogistics\nPrimary location: Melbourne, FL, with potential exposure to Avon, OH, and Rochester, NY teams.\nHow to apply: [Application instructions TBD]\nBecome part of our team!\nJoin us in shaping the mobility of the future!\nWe - that's around 32,000 employees worldwide.
