JOB DESCRIPTION:

Resumen del puesto:

Brindar apoyo en las actividades operativas y administrativas del área asignada, con el fin de desarrollar habilidades profesionales y aplicar los conocimientos adquiridos en la universidad dentro de un entorno real de manufactura.

Responsabilidades principales:

Colaborar en proyectos y actividades asignadas por el área (calidad, mejora continua, logística, mantenimiento, finanzas, entre otras).

Apoyar en la documentación, control y seguimiento de procesos internos.

Participar en la recopilación, análisis y presentación de información técnica o administrativa.

Contribuir a la mejora continua mediante la identificación de oportunidades en los procesos.

Cumplir con las políticas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente de la empresa.

Mantener una comunicación efectiva con el equipo de trabajo y líderes del área.

Apoyar las actividades y procedimientos de PSA junto con los miembros del equipo.

Realizar todas aquellas actividades que, por la naturaleza del puesto, sean requeridas.

Requisitos:

Estudiante universitario inscrito en el Programa Dual (áreas como Ingeniería, Administración, Logística, Contabilidad u otras afines).

Disponibilidad para cumplir con el esquema dual de formación (tiempo en la universidad y en la empresa).

Conocimientos básicos de herramientas informáticas (MS Office, correo electrónico, presentaciones).

Habilidades de comunicación, organización y trabajo en equipo.

Actitud de aprendizaje, responsabilidad y compromiso.

Competencias a desarrollar:

Trabajo colaborativo en un entorno corporativo.

Aplicación práctica de conocimientos académicos en situaciones reales.

Gestión del tiempo y cumplimiento de objetivos.

Pensamiento crítico y solución de problemas.

Conocimiento de procesos de manufactura y sistemas de gestión empresarial
