In this role, you will work closely with experienced engineers and QA professionals to build your technical testing skills while ensuring the quality and stability of our software products. You will support both manual and automated testing efforts, helping us catch bugs early, refine test coverage, and deliver robust applications used by actual users.\nThis internship gives you the opportunity to dive deep into the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), explore modern testing frameworks and API tools, and gain hands-on exposure to real-world software delivery. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can learn, experiment, contribute ideas, and see how quality engineering drives real-world impact.\nResponsibilities\nAssist in executing manual tests to ensure software functionality and quality.\nDraft and maintain clear and comprehensive test cases and test plans.\nLearn and apply QA processes, tools, and techniques for testing, debugging, and documentation.\nDevelop basic automation scripts using appropriate programming languages and testing frameworks/architecture.\nIdentify, document, and report bugs and test findings accurately and efficiently.\nPrepare user guides and relevant documentation for internal and external users.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing a Higher Nitec from the School of Electronics & Info-comm Technology or School of Engineering, or a Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nBasic understanding of programming/scripting languages.\nBasic knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.\nBasic hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.\nFamiliarity with test case design, types of testing and flexibility in solution finding approaches.\nBasic API concepts and basic API testing tools.\nWillingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative in a team-oriented environment.\nWhat sets you apart\nExposure to or experience with agentic AI development, including AI agents, AI-powered workflows, or applications that use large language models (LLMs).\nFamiliarity with AI development frameworks, tools, or APIs, or experience building AI-related
