For more information on the internship program, visit www.knowbe4.com/careers/internships. \nThe CSM Project Manager Intern leads cross-functional projects that help customers adopt and realize value from KnowBe4’s security awareness training and phishing simulation platform. This role owns project plans, timelines, and status reporting for onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives. You will work closely with Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Renewal Specialists, Support, Account Management, and Product to deliver results on time and build scalable processes across the customer base.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn project plans for customer onboarding, adoption, and retention initiatives, including scope, milestones, owners, dependencies, and timelines.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to keep projects moving and resolve blockers.\nTrack and report project status, risks, and outcomes to CS leadership and stakeholders.\nUse KnowBe4 assessments, reporting, and health indicators to measure adoption trends and project results.\nDesign, document, and continuously improve CS playbooks, onboarding checklists, templates, and rollout processes.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Communications, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field\nComfortable with spreadsheets and documents (Excel/Google Sheets; Word/Google Docs)\nFamiliarity with email and collaboration tools (Gmail, Google Workspace)\nIT experience/exposure is a plus\nStrong verbal and written communication, including executive-level updates\nOrganized and able to manage multiple projects independently\nData-driven, using metrics to guide decisions influences stakeholders across teams without direct authority\nProactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment\nPreferred Qualifications:\nInterest in cybersecurity, SaaS, or customer-facing roles\nExposure to CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)\nExperience working on projects involving customer support, onboarding, training, or account management (school, part-time, or internships)\nProven record of managing multiple projects with competing priorities\nOur Fantastic Benefits\nWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
