The ideal candidate will support campaign setup and execution, reporting, asset organization, and tracking to ensure programs run smoothly and deliver high-quality results.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWork collaboratively with the marketing team to help set up, monitor, and report on demand gen programs\nCreate and update Salesforce campaigns for various marketing programs\nTrack campaign pacing and lead quality; identify discrepancies and manage lead-return processes with 3rd-party vendors. \nCreate and manage campaign tracking links in our UTM database to ensure proper tracking of campaigns.\nAssist in the development of campaign assets, managing the hand-off to external vendors.\nAssist with verifying, cleaning and processing lead reports from 3rd party vendors.\nGain hands-on experience monitoring full-funnel programs and lead lifecycles within Salesforce.\nLearn to interpret initiative pacing and ROI to make data-driven optimization decisions.\nUnderstand the \"why\" and \"how\" of UTM tracking and multi-channel program attribution.\nUnderstand the mechanics of 3rd-party partnerships, from creative delivery to lead quality audits.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nEducation: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.\nA strong desire to learn marketing technology; prior exposure to a CRM (like Salesforce) or Email Marketing tools is preferred.\nProven ability to write clearly and professionally, especially when coordinating with external partners or vendors.\nDemonstrate ability to manage multiple projects or \"demand programs\" simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills are essential with the ability to positively interact with persons at all levels of our organization.\nProficient in Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides.\nTalent for multi-tasking, being results oriented and organizationally proficient.\nTeam oriented and willing to help others to achieve success.\nAbility to develop creative solutions.\nAbility to think and act independently. \nAbility to effectively prioritize and resolve multiple competing tasks.\nAbility to deal professionally, courteously and tactfully with external partners and coworkers.\nSelf-reliant with the ability to innovate and introduce change showing sound judgment and pragmatism.\nCompliance or in-house experience is a plus.\nOur Fantastic Benefits\nWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
