For more information on the internship program, visit www.knowbe4.com/careers/internships. \nThe Multimedia Designer Intern performs essential duties to create animated 2- and 3-dimensional images to enhance the current interactive training modules into world-class, dynamic e-learning modules. They will also design the supporting materials that accompany the modules including but not limited to posters, security documents, and motion graphics. It is important that they provide fresh ideas with original solutions through engaging design and animation. The creative process at different stages may include conceptualization, storyboarding, layout, animation, graphic design, and editing.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCreate multimedia assets for e-learning modules \nMultimedia design includes: conceptualise; develop and produce visually engaging digital content across various platforms, combining graphics, animation, video, and interactive media to effectively communicate ideas and support engaging training.\nCreate graphics and edit photos to use within animations\nCreate engaging documents and motion graphics\nCreate new/edit existing videos and animations\nPerform sound mixing and synchronization\nCollaborate effectively with a cross-functional teams\nWork within deadlines\nPrepare and package graphic assets for localization vendors\nFollow internal style guides; file hierarchies and production flow procedures\nTake an active role in creating and supporting content that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive as outlined in the KnowBe4 DEI statement\nEnsure conformance with accessibility standards such as WCAG 2.1 AA\nMinimum Qualifications:\nCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in Digital Media, Animation, Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field\nA portfolio showcasing creative writing and visual storytelling through social media content\nProficiency with post-production and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Audition\nExperience creating and editing illustrated animations (coursework, freelance work, internships, or personal projects accepted)\nA strong understanding of social media platforms and current video trends\nStrong verbal and written communications\nExcellent time management and organization skills\nStrong proficiency with post production and video editing software (Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe Audition, etc.)\nAudio Editing software experience\nExperience creating and editing illustrated animations\nExperience with Gmail and Google Docs\nExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)\nExperience with web browsers (Chrome, Internet Explorer, etc.)\nOur Fantastic Benefits\nWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
