Initially, you will operate in a mentorship capacity, supporting Senior Sales Engineers to learn the nuances of our product suite and the sales cycle. As your technical proficiency grows, you will transition to directly engaging with SMB customers, attending meetings and conducting product demonstrations. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact during the Proof of Value (POV) process, managing implementation and optimization while having direct access to senior team members for high-level technical escalations.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain a baseline knowledge of all KnowBe4 Products\nUnderstand the value proposition of KnowBe4 products and can portray in meetings with internal colleagues and clients\nDeliver product demonstrations for customers to a good level\nWork with SMB prospects to implement and configure KnowBe4 product(s) for POV\nShadows and assist senior colleagues with their POVs\nTroubleshoot and resolve baseline technical problems with KnowBe4 solutions that arise in the sales process\nProvide technical support and input to Sales team when required\nRecord and track POV activity in Salesforce\nMinimum Qualifications:\n3 year degree or technical degree preferred\nPrior experience in a customer-facing technical role is a plus\nExperience with Google Workspace\nExperience with MS Office (Word and Excel)\nExperience with M365 and Exchange Online\nExcellent verbal and written communications\nHighly organized and result-oriented\nExcellent time management and organization skills\nCan demonstrate technical troubleshooting and analysis ability\nCan demonstrate integrity, accountability, respect and commitment\nNaturally curious and agile, with a proven ability to rapidly absorb and apply new technological concepts\nStrong collaborative and teamwork skills\nMust be able to work with minimal supervision\nOur Fantastic Benefits\nWe offer company-wide bonuses based on monthly sales targets, employee referral bonuses, adoption assistance, tuition reimbursement, certification reimbursement, and certification completion bonuses - all in a modern, high-tech, and fun work environment.
