Manager, Demand Generation is responsible for acquiring traffic, MQLs and driving pipeline growth through multi-channel audience engagement. This position leads a team to manage the strategy, execution, and optimization of email marketing, webinars/digital events, content syndication, and other digital channels as applicable. A key component of this role is acting as a strategic partner to regional marketing teams, ensuring the successful execution and localization of their programs through our core digital channels.\nResponsibilities:\nManage and optimize demand generation channels to achieve company goals for pipeline growth and opportunity creation.\nIdentify, evaluate, and manage marketing agencies, vendors, and platforms to scale reach and improve lead quality.\nMeasure program effectiveness using channel and vendor-specific reports, internal dashboards, and CRM data to drive continuous ROI improvement for both global and regional initiatives.\nIdentify and test new marketing programs, such as paid search, social, and display experiments, to diversify lead sources.\nCollaborate closely with the Web and Campaigns teams to ensure a seamless user journey and consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.\nReview and approve promotional content such as webinar abstracts, landing pages, emails, and digital ad copy.\nStay up-to-date with full-funnel digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep the organization ahead of the curve.\nProvide genuine recommendations as to the hiring, firing, promotion, and discipline of subordinate employees to which the Company gives significant weight\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.\nExperience with B2B marketing in the technology industry; cybersecurity experience is preferred.\nProven experience managing people, specifically within Email or Webinar/Event functions.\nSignificant experience managing multi-channel digital functions and associated vendors.\nExperience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.\nExperience with Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.\nExpert in end-to-end marketing for digital functions.\nStrong analytical skills and the ability to extract meaning from data and apply that meaning to improving program performance.\nSignificant experience managing and negotiating with digital vendors and digital platform providers.\nThe base pay for this position ranges from $130,000 - $140,000, which will vary depending on how well an applicant's skills and experience align with the job description listed above.\nApplication deadline: 11/2/2026.
