Together with senior AI specialists, architects, and business leaders, you will shape AI strategy, develop internal capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies, and establish practical ways of working with AI across the organization.\nYour work may include:\nDesigning AI-native architectures and intelligent systems\n\nBuilding and deploying LLM-based applications and RAG solutions in production\n\nCreating agent-based workflows and autonomous system behaviors\n\nDefining governance, observability, monitoring, and evaluation strategies\n\nIntegrating AI into existing products, platforms, and business processes\n\nGuiding clients through technical and organizational decisions involving performance, reliability, cost, and control\n\nTo succeed in this role, we believe you have:\nYou bring senior-level, hands-on experience in applied AI and can move comfortably between strategic discussions, architecture decisions, and implementation. You also understand the demands of consulting and can help clients navigate both technical and organizational challenges.\nWe believe your background includes several of the following:\nBuilding production applications with large language models\n\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases, and complex information sources\n\nAgent frameworks and orchestration platforms\n\nSystem architecture, distributed systems, and large-scale software development\n\nPython or a comparable programming language\n\nAzure, AWS, or GCP, including evaluation, monitoring, and optimization of AI systems\n\nExperience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering, or data engineering is highly valuable.
