test quality intersection\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nRequirements\n10+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, with strong experience in test strategy, planning, execution, and quality management.\n\nAdvanced expertise in test strategy and planning, quality metrics, defect analysis, root cause investigation, regression testing, and exploratory testing.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or LoadRunner.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of API testing using Postman, Swagger, and RESTful APIs.\n\nStrong SQL/database knowledge, including SELECT, JOIN, GROUP BY, and other common database operations.\n\nProven experience in test documentation and test case design, preferably using Qase or similar test management tools.\n\nStrong experience with bug identification, tracking, triage, and reporting, preferably using JIRA.\n\nAbility to perform UI/UX validation and effectively use browser Developer Tools for troubleshooting and testing.\n\nAdvanced knowledge of test automation architecture and experience designing scalable automation frameworks.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with Playwright or similar modern automation frameworks.\n\nExperience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines, preferably using Bitbucket.\n\nStrong understanding of automated test execution, monitoring, and reporting.\n\nAdvanced proficiency with Git/version control.\n\nStrong programming/scripting skills in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to develop and maintain automated test scripts.\n\nExperience configuring and working with AI-powered QA/QA Engineer agents, including agent configuration and workflow integration.\n\nAbility to assess AI agent quality, accuracy, reliability, and test outcomes.\n\nStrong prompt engineering skills, particularly for QA and test automation use cases.\n\nExperience with AI-powered development and testing tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or Antigravity is preferred.\n\nExperience with Claude (Anthropic) is a strong plus.\n\nDemonstrated experience in team management, technical mentoring, and coaching QA engineers.\n\nStrong ability to optimize QA processes, improve testing efficiency, and drive continuous improvement.\n\nGood understanding of software development concepts and technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.\n\nExcellent quality reporting and stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nStrong experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Product, Development, and other teams.\n\nAdvanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, are required.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a proactive approach to identifying and preventing quality
