The position is open to all of Latin America, although proficiency in Spanish and English at B2/C1 level is mandatory.\nThe working hours would follow CST (Central Standard Time).\nRole Responsibilities:\nDevelop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.\n\nBuild and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and integrate AI models and APIs.\n\nDesign and implement frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.\n\nManage cloud infrastructure and deploy applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (Azure preferred).\n\nUtilize Terraform or similar tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources.\n\nOptimize databases and data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.\n\nWork cross-functionally with product managers, AI engineers, and UX designers to bring AI-driven applications to market.\n\nImplement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.\n\nEnsure security best practices are followed in application architecture and development.\n\nStay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.\n\nMaintain best practices in software engineering.\n\nEssential Requirements:\nThe key is to have solid experience in React (preferably NextJS), Python for backend, and LLMs.\n4 years Front-End JavaScript (preferred framework: NextJS, or React, Vue.js)\n\n2 years TypeScript\n\nProficiency in backend Python development (FastAPI, Flask) for LLMs\n\nStrong API development experience, including integrating AI models into production systems\n\nDeployment in CSPs (Azure preferred, or AWS, Google)\n\nPostgreSQL or similar.
