We partner with our clients to translate their business goals into meaningful metrics, and buy media across all channels to drive those target outcomes. \nWe are looking for a Manager, Media Strategy to join the team and work alongside data analysts, buyer scientists and channel activation teams. \nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nMedia Strategy\nSupport the development of cross-channel strategy & planning for media accounts both externally and internally \nDevelop a deep understanding of clients’ business goals, marketing objectives and competitive constraints for the purpose of creating agency media planning outputs\nParticipate in writing client briefs & translating them into insights-led media strategy\nCollaborate with data science and channel leads who are responsible for driving campaign performance goals through the application of scientific methods and technology\nRemain fully embedded in all aspects of the campaign including the planning process, through campaign execution and measurement\nAbility to create media landscape updates and develop media consumption insights that lead into media plan implications\nClient Relations\nSupport assigned aspects of client relationships\nAccount Management\nFoster collaboration between teams; work with partner agencies (where applicable) to integrate messaging & creative campaigns into overall media campaigns\nSupport cross-channel budget management working with client and internal stakeholders\nAssist in the development and management of timelines to ensure deliverables are executed in a timely manner\nSteward planning budgets and media activity across multiple campaigns\nCampaign Execution\nCoordinate with buyer scientist and channel teams to map strategy with activation\nTrack measurement plan \nWHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE\n4+ years of media planning experience; agency experience preferred\nBroad knowledge of the overall media landscape, consumer behavior and media consumption with the ability to pull competitive reporting and target insights using media research/reporting resources\nCross-channel understanding of the media plan ecosystem and lifecycle from strategy to reporting\nCurious mindset with strong critical thinking skills needed to solve diverse business challenges \nExperience working with clients, vendors or suppliers with the ability to develop trusted relationships \nSuperb communication and developing presentation skills\nAbility to work collaboratively and manage multiple work-streams in a cross-functional environment (internally & externally)\nDesire to be a hands-on multi-tasker that thrives in a fast-paced environment\nA data-driven approach, leveraging insights to develop strategy and define measurement \nStrong proficiency in Google Suite with keen attention to detail\nExperience using Mediaocean, Lumina, and Prisma\nBasic understanding of media activation platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk, etc.\nAuto/EV industry experience\nExperience managing direct communication with clients and creative agencies (primary communicator for the HCP line of business)\nAbility to work independently, manage workload efficiently, and respond to client needs in a timely manner\nCurious mindset, dedicated to client satisfaction, and proactive in seeking opportunities to improve the client's business from a media standpoint\nSOME OF OUR PERKS\nUnlimited paid time off\n401k with company matching and no vesting period\nAnnual bonuses\nGenerous medical plan\nPaid parental leave\nONE LAST THING TO ASK YOURSELF\nAll this might sound great, but you’re probably still wondering, “Would I be a good fit for Known?” or “Would Known be a good fit for me?” Our culture is propped up by four values that we aspire to every day: We are one team.
