The Project Manager, Media Operations will establish clear processes and best practices and work with the media team to ensure we’re executing flawlessly against fast-paced timelines and complex plans. To succeed in this role will require exceptional organizational skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to work with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder groups.\nWHAT YOU’LL DO\nDevelop robust, disciplined, and consistent processes and best practices to ensure on-time, excellent delivery in a fast-paced, complex environment.\nPartner with the Media Science team to proactively identify operational risks, devise solutions, and implement changes.\nTrain media team members to ensure adherence to established processes and best practices.\nSolicit input from cross-functional leads to define, document, train, and maintain best practices for agency tools.\nAct as a liaison between the Media Science team and support teams for agency tools to optimize the user experience and increase efficient use of these platforms.\nOnboard new accounts, introducing new clients and new Known team members to our systems, guiding them through the transition phase, and putting a strong operational foundation in place for day-to-day account management\nIf needed, provide project management support for specific clients or projects, applying our best practices while addressing the unique needs of a given initiative\nWHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU HAVE\n8-10+ years of media operations or project management experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably a media agency or in-house on a media team. \nYou have experience overseeing project management and/or operations for media clients with multiple stakeholders and efforts happening simultaneously.\nYou have experience working with key media processes and workflows, including media plan briefing, plan development, campaign execution, trafficking, reporting, and creative asset management.\nYou understand billing and reconciliation processes for media clients and for partners/vendors.\nYou work closely with departments like Data Science, Engineering, and Finance.\nYou have a collaborative, problem-solving mindset and work well with a variety of people and organizations. \nYou’re comfortable partnering with clients and senior decision makers.\nYou possess a disciplined approach to your work and are proactive in identifying issues and developing and executing on solutions.\nYou can capably balance structure and discipline with the moments when a team needs to be flexible to service the evolving needs of a client.\nYou communicate effectively and understand how to present new ideas to encourage adoption.\nYou’re detail-oriented, organized, and capable of focusing on the intricacies of unique issues that affect the team’s ability to work. \nExperience with media management platforms like Lumina and Prisma or project management platforms like Smartsheet or JIRA is a plus.\nSOME OF OUR PERKS\nUnlimited paid time off\n401k with company matching and no vesting period\nAnnual bonuses\nGenerous medical plan\nPaid parental leave\nONE LAST THING TO ASK YOURSELF\nAll this might sound great, but you’re probably still wondering, “Would I be a good fit for Known?” or “Would Known be a good fit for me?” Our culture is propped up by four values that we aspire to every day: We are one team.
