Candidates located in New York who are available to work in a hybrid capacity will be prioritized.\nBUT ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU\nKnown is looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join the Studios practice. The Sr. Project Manager will be responsible for seeing projects through from concept to final delivery across AV, Digital, Social, Print/OOH and Experiential. They will engage key stakeholders appropriately through the process, build and manage timelines and budgets, interface directly and regularly with clients, and ensure the on time, on strategy and on budget delivery of all projects. A full job description is included below:\nManage 360 campaigns and projects, inclusive of AV, Digital, Social, Print, OOH, Live Action and Experiential, throughout the lifecycle of the project\nAct as a point of contact for client across workstreams in coordination with Account Management\nSchedule and conduct internal and external project kick-offs\nWorking in conjunction with creative strategy teams, organize information and develop the creative brief for each title\nSchedule and conduct internal project reviews, as well as distribute notes to the team\nManage teams through all phases of concepting, creative development and design, QC, and final deliveries\nCreate and manage internal and external master project calendars\nWith input from your creative team and and Head of Project Management, create SOWs detailing target initiatives, milestones, and deliverables \nCollaborate with internal stakeholders to create, track, and re-calibrate project schedules, production calendars based on client briefs, client feedback, and project status and deliverables trackers\nWith support from Head of Project Management, handle internal billing and invoicing processes\nMaintain a proactive and positive attitude\nWHAT YOU HAVE DONE/WHO YOU ARE\nYou have experience delivering best in class 360 campaigns for industry leading companies.\nYou possess an exceptional ability to manage long-term, multi-million dollar engagements and multiple project tracks with a firm command of project management processes and methodologies.\nLikewise, you are experienced in managing quick, nimble, short-term engagements with smaller, more multi-disciplinary teams.\nYou have a deep understanding of 360 campaign and production lifecycles\nYou are a collaborative, organized, and motivational project manager\nYou have a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously\nYou are proactive, resourceful, and professional with good soft skills\nYou have exceptional organizational skills\nYou have worked in a client-facing capacity previously and feel comfortable doing so\nYOUR BACKGROUND INCLUDES\n5-7+ years of project management or production experience in a fast-paced and integrated agency environment\nSOME OF OUR PERKS\nUnlimited paid time off\n401k with company matching and no vesting period\nGenerous medical plan\nPaid parental leave\nCompany-wide events and retreats\nONE LAST THING TO ASK YOURSELF\nAll this might sound great, but you’re probably still wondering, “Would I be a good fit for Known?” or “Would Known be a good fit for me?” Our culture is propped up by four values that we aspire to every day: We are one team.
