You will be responsible for partnering with business teams across knownwell to turn data into clear metrics, dashboards, and answers that guide day-to-day operations and strategic decisions.\nResponsibilities:\nWork closely with business teams to establish and refine the metrics they use to track performance.\n\nDevelop and support well-documented dashboards in Hex that give non-technical teams a clear, self-serve view of operational performance.\n\nRun ad hoc and exploratory analyses to address operational and business questions as they come up.\n\nUncover trends, gaps, and opportunities across the business, and turn them into actionable, data-backed recommendations.\n\nAct as a trusted data advisor to the business, proactively bringing forward insights that shape priorities and inform key strategic decisions.\n\nHold regular check-ins with stakeholders to share project status, priorities, and team capacity, and keep them informed.\n\nCoordinate with Engineering, Product, and Data so the right data is captured and available for reporting.\n\nContribute to the dbt models that power our reporting, helping keep data consistent, reliable, and scalable.\n\nQualifications:\nAt least five years of analytics experience, with a track record of building dashboards and reporting that teams rely on\n\nAdvanced SQL proficiency and comfort working with data from many different sources\n\nHands-on experience building data models and dashboards in Hex, Omni, Tableau, Looker, or a similar BI tool\n\nRigorous analytical thinking and strong attention to detail\n\nClear communication skills, including the ability to explain technical work in plain language to non-technical colleagues and executives\n\nEnthusiasm for AI, with regular use of LLMs and automation to work more efficiently and uncover insights sooner\n\nAbility to stay effective amid ambiguity and adapt quickly to shifting priorities across multiple stakeholders\n\n[Not required, but preferred] Working knowledge of dbt or a comparable transformation tool\n\nPay & Perks:\nFully remote opportunity\nMedical, dental, and vision insurance\n401K retirement plan with company match\nUp to 20 days of PTO per year + company holidays\nUp to 14 weeks of parental leave (12 for non-birthing parents) \nAnnual work from home stipend for remote employees\nknownwell, Inc. provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws. \nThis policy applies to all terms and conditions of employment, including recruiting, hiring, placement, promotion, termination, layoff, recall, transfer, leaves of absence, compensation, and training.
