You'll turn that instinct into daily content that drives views, engagement, and website subscriptions.\nThe basics\nPart-time or full-time depending on your availability. Minimum commitment is 10–15 hours/week.\n\nFully remote.\n\nBase pay plus performance rewards tied to account growth.\n\nYou'll work directly with our marketing team, reporting to our Student Marketing Manager.\n\nYou'll be posting to an established account from day one, 476K followers, backed by a platform 8 million students use. You're not building from zero.\n\nWhat You'll DoContent Creation\nOwn the @getknowt TikTok and Instagram accounts day to day, posting daily for a high school audience.\n\nTake content from idea to publish: hooks, scripts, filming, editing, and captions.\n\nSpeak directly to what high schoolers are dealing with, AP exams, the SAT and ACT, studying, test stress and make it feel relatable.\n\nTurn Knowt's product into content students actually want to watch and use.\n\nMake sure every post feels native to the platform and to high school culture.\n\nGrowth & Iteration\nConstantly test hooks, formats, storytelling angles, and CTAs to find repeatable winning formulas.\n\nTie content to the high school calendar to catch students exactly when they need Knowt.\n\nTurn platform trends, audience behavior, and performance data into new content concepts.\n\nIterate daily based on what the numbers show.\n\nPerformance & Reporting\nTrack and report on content performance with clear recommendations for what to scale, improve, or stop.\n\nMeasure success across views, watch time, interactions (saves, shares, comments), and signups.\n\nWhat We're Looking ForYou need\nA real feel for what goes viral on TikTok and Instagram, and why.\n\nFirsthand understanding of high school, AP classes, the SAT and ACT, and the pressure that comes with all of it.\n\nComfort taking a video from idea to posted.\n\nA data-driven approach. Decisions off view and conversion metrics, not vibes.\n\nNice to have\nExperience creating and growing short-form content, especially for edtech or exam-prep audiences.\n\nComfort on camera, or experience scripting for creators.\n\nYou've sat for AP exams, the SAT, or the ACT yourself.\n\nWhy This One's Worth It\nYou own the accounts.
