We operate at federal scale, securing some of the most sensitive government environments in the country - because the systems we build must perform without fail.\nAbout the Role\nKnox Systems is seeking a Program Manager, Business Operations to work directly with the Chief Operating Officer and lead high priority programs, special projects, product initiatives, and operational improvements across the company.\nThis role is designed for a highly capable operator who can take an ambiguous problem, bring structure to it, and drive it through execution. You will work across Operations, Product, Engineering, Security, Compliance, Customer Experience, and other teams to improve how Knox operates and help scale the business.\nThe role will also support the development and growth of KnoxAI, translating business and customer needs into product priorities and coordinating requirements, releases, adoption, and ongoing improvements.\nWhat You'll Do\nLead strategic programs and special projects from initial concept through execution, establishing clear plans, owners, milestones, and success measures.\nPartner with the COO to turn business priorities and emerging needs into actionable programs and solutions.\nCoordinate cross functional initiatives, drive accountability, and proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and blockers.\nSupport KnoxAI product strategy and execution, including requirements, roadmap priorities, backlog management, pilots, testing, releases, and user feedback.\nServe as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements and outcomes.\nIdentify opportunities to improve, standardize, or automate business processes and lead those improvements through implementation.\nDevelop workflows, SOPs, documentation, and scalable operating processes.\nBuild and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide visibility into program, product, and operational performance.\nAnalyze business and operational data and translate findings into recommendations and actions.\nPrepare executive briefings, business reviews, recommendations, and decision materials.\nStep into emerging priorities where ownership is unclear, establish structure, and transition successful initiatives into sustainable operations.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3-5 years of experience in business operations, program management, product operations, strategy and operations, consulting, or a related role.\nDemonstrated ability to independently own complex projects and drive them from concept through completion.\nStrong program management, organization, and problem solving skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both executives and technical teams.\nStrong analytical skills and comfort working with KPIs, dashboards, and operational data.\nExperience improving processes and creating structure in environments where processes may not yet exist.\nAbility to influence and coordinate across teams without formal authority.\nStrong judgment, ownership, curiosity, and follow through.\nAbility to learn new business and technical concepts quickly and operate effectively in a fast moving environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud technology, AI, or federal technology.\nExperience with product management or product operations, including requirements, roadmaps, releases, QA, or customer feedback.\nExperience building processes, dashboards, reporting, or internal tools from the ground up.\nExperience working directly with senior executives.\nFamiliarity with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, and analytics platforms.\nExperience with federal customers or regulated technology environments is a plus.\nCompensation Range: 120-130k, variable annual bonus, and equity\nBenefits & Perks\nKnox offers a competitive employee benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Disability, unlimited PTO, and an employee funded 401k plan.
