This role involves working closely with clients to understand their machining requirements and recommending suitable solutions aligned with the company’s product offering.\n\nDuties & Responsibilities\n\n Manage the complete sales cycle from initial client contact to final payment received\n\n Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts\n\n Have working knowledge of CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, monitor the sales pipeline, and support sales forecasting.\n\n Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction\n\n Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies\n\n Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities in target markets.\n\n Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for customers.\n\n Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions according to their business needs.\n\n Apply strong technical knowledge of machine tools and metalworking equipment, including lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, fabrication equipment, and both conventional and CNC machinery, when advising customers.\n\n Prepare accurate costing, proposals, contracts and quotations in line with customer specifications\n\n Work closely with Service team, product development, and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.\n\n Collaborate with service, supply chain, and finance teams to confirm technical feasibility, availability, and financial viability\n\n Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.\n\n Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to generate leads and network.\n\n Provide feedback to internal teams based on customer input and market trends.\n\nDesired Experience & Qualification\n\n 2+ years of technical sales or business development experience, within the machining, machine tools, or metalworking industry.\n\n Proven track
