We value what makes you different and empower you to act on your ideas.\nAs an Equipment Operations Analyst intern, you will support construction operations by assisting with equipment sourcing, procurement, coordinating logistics, managing inventory, and analyzing data to improve efficiency. You will also contribute to process improvements, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth supply chain functions. A mentor will be assigned to guide and support you throughout the internship. Additionally, you will have the chance to engage in company events and community volunteer activities.\nKey job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:\nDocumentation, Reporting, & AnalysisMaintaining accurate documentation and records.\nData analysis of supply chain activities and provide insights based on metrics\n\n Equipment ProcurementAssist in ordering external equipment using standardized templates. \nGather and verify required information (delivery date, pickup date, equipment specs, project contact, rental PO).\nCompare vendor pricing and delivery options to ensure competitive rates.\nTrack third-party rentals for billing accuracy.\nCommunicate any issues or delays to project teams promptly.\n\nInvoicing & Administrative AccuracySupport processing of invoices and financial documentation.\nHelp maintain a zero-balance invoice queue by the end of each week.\nCheck accuracy of rental charges, third-party invoices, and internal billing.\nFlag anomalies or overcharges to the manager.\n\nOperational Support & Team DevelopmentProcess improvements to help identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to existing supply chain processes.\nAssist with inventory control, tagging, and documentation.\nSupport daily logistics and equipment flow within the yard.\nParticipate in occasional project site visits to build relationships and understand field needs.\nHelp maintain fleet maintenance schedules as needed.\nProcess improvements to help identify inefficiencies and suggest enhancements to existing supply chain process. \n\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nAbility to work in a team environment.\nAdaptability and willingness to take on new challenges.\nKnowledge of and proficient in the use of personal computers and related Microsoft software.\nProficient verbal and written communication skills.\nStrong skills in time management, ability to work under pressure and tight timelines, working with multiple demands with strong
