In this role, you will serve as the crucial link between our clients and Kobalt.io. Your work will be dynamic, involving close collaboration with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure program delivery is timely, budget-conscious, and focused on facilitating long-term client success. Candidates must be willing to align their hours to the PT/MT to be considered for this role. \nResponsibilities:\nProgram Leadership & Mission: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of information security programs, ensuring all clients have clear, regularly reviewed plans.\n\nCustomer Onboarding: Own the full onboarding lifecycle, ensuring clients start their journey with a completed risk register and a strategic 1-year roadmap.\n\nService Excellence & NPS: Maintain a client NPS score of 8.67 or above by delivering exceptional service and partnering with customer success managers.\n\nClient Communication: Act as the primary point of contact, providing transparent, insightful reports on progress and milestones to foster trust.\n\nDocumentation & Knowledge Transfer: Ensure all program processes, decisions, and changes are clearly documented for consistency.\n\nProcess Ownership & Improvement: Own and enhance delivery team processes to continuously increase service value and quality.\n\nFinancial & Resource Management: Manage program budgets and resource allocation to optimize efficiency and profitability.\n\nCross-Functional Leadership: Lead subject matter experts (SMEs) to drive successful outcomes, providing supportive and constructive feedback as a team player.\n\nRisk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and manage roadblocks to keep all programs aligned with their defined objectives.\n\nBusiness Development: Identify upselling opportunities based on evolving client needs and collaborate with internal teams to drive growth.\n\nQualifications:\nPost-secondary degree in business, computer science, information technology, or equivalent professional experience.\n\n5 years of experience in B2B client-facing roles, managing technology or business change projects and/or programs.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams, technical experts, and stakeholders.\n\nAbility to engage with customer executives and demonstrate strategic understanding of business needs.\n\nExperience managing multiple projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\n\nProficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., monday.com) and familiarity with compliance tools (e.g., Vanta).\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\n\nMust be detail-oriented, highly organized, proactive, and able to move fast while remaining calm under pressure.\n\nNice to have:\nProgram and/or project management-related certification such as CAPM, PMP, or PgMP.\n\nHands-on experience with Compliance and Trust products\n\nPrevious experience working in information security or information technology industry.\n\nStrong understanding of information security principles, risk management frameworks, and industry standards.\n\nBenefits:\nCompetitive salary and equity options\n\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance\n\nFlexible work arrangements\n\nProfessional development opportunities\n\nFun and inclusive company culture\n\nHow We Use AI in Our Hiring Process At Kobalt.io, we value transparency and want you to know exactly how we evaluate candidates.\n\nAI Notetaking: We use an AI-powered meeting assistant in all interviews.
