In this role, you will leverage your expertise across SAP BW on HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Datasphere, and SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) to deliver high-quality data products, analytics capabilities, and reporting solutions that enable business decision-making. You will collaborate closely with business and technology teams to translate complex requirements into scalable, high-performing data solutions across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Sales domains.\n\nOur Team : \n\nYou will be part of a global data and analytics team focused on building modern enterprise data platforms and accelerating business value through trusted data, advanced analytics, and cloud-enabled technologies. The team partners with stakeholders across multiple functions to drive digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.\n\nWhat You Will Do : \n\n- Design, develop, and support SAP BW on HANA and SAP BW/4HANA solutions that enable enterprise reporting and analytics.\n\n- Lead SAP BW modernization and migration initiatives to support future-state data and analytics capabilities.\n\n- Design and implement SAP BW data models, including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, Data Flows, Transformations, and Process Chains.\n\n- Develop and maintain SAP Datasphere solutions, including Data Flows, Replication Flows, Analytic Models, and Business Layers.\n\n- Implement SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) integration patterns and support enterprise data product development.\n\n- Build scalable semantic models and reporting structures to support business intelligence and analytical use cases.\n\n- Optimize data acquisition, transformation, and reporting processes to improve performance and reliability.\n\n- Develop and enhance Native SAP HANA artifacts, including Calculation Views, SQLScript Procedures, Table Functions, and Analytical Privileges.\n\n- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for SAP HANA and SAP BW environments.\n\n- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into sustainable data and analytics solutions.\n\n- Contribute to architecture discussions and technology roadmaps supporting cloud and analytics platform evolution.\n\n- Mentor team members and share best practices related to SAP data engineering and analytics solutions.\n\nBasic Qualifications : \n\n- 8 - 12 years of progressive experience designing, developing, and supporting SAP BW, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC), and enterprise analytics solutions.\n\n- Experience designing and delivering SAP BW 7.x, SAP BW on HANA, or SAP BW/4HANA solutions in enterprise environments.\n\n- Experience with SAP Datasphere data modeling, integration, and analytics capabilities.\n\n- Experience implementing SAP Business Data Cloud (BDC) solutions and integration patterns.\n\n- Knowledge of SAP data modeling concepts and SAP data extraction frameworks.\n\n- Experience developing SAP BW objects including ADSOs, Composite Providers, Open ODS Views, Transformations, and Process Chains.\n\n- Experience with Native SAP HANA development, including Calculation Views, SQLScript Procedures, and Table Functions.\n\n- ABAP development skills supporting SAP data and analytics solutions.\n\n- AMDP development experience.\n\n- Experience with SAP BusinessObjects tools, including Analysis for Office and Web Intelligence (WebI).\n\n- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.\n\n- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.\n\nWhat Will Put You Ahead : \n\n- Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).\n\n- Experience integrating SAP analytics platforms with Snowflake and/or Databricks.\n\n- Experience with BODS (SAP Data Services).\n\n- Experience building reporting and analytics solutions using Power BI.\n\n- Experience working with Azure and/or AWS cloud platforms.\n\n- Knowledge of SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA business processes and data structures.\n\n- Domain expertise in Finance & Controlling, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, or Sales & Distribution.\n\n- Experience driving large-scale SAP BW modernization and cloud transformation programs.\n\n- Experience designing enterprise
